Assembly

Construction system

• Fully galvanized, extra-strong steel poles:
• Diameter: vertical approx. 50mm / horizontal approx. 38 mm
• Wall thickness: vertical approx 1.6mm / horizontal approx. 1.2mm
• Extra-strong steel pole connectors:
• Diameter: vertical approx. 54mm / horizontal approx. 42mm
• Wall thickness: vertical approx 1.7 mm / horizontal approx. 1.4mm
• Steel roof frame reinforced by system of beams running crosswise to the ridge
• Extra steel beams at right angles to the gables increase the total load capacity of the roof
• Diagonal bracing on all lateral corner elements reinforces both side frames
• Tents with a lateral height of 3m or more feature additional steel wires in the roof and sides to optimise tensile load distribution
• Added stability provided by a floor frame which can be put in throughout the tent or just in parts
• Steel frame screws together with ease

Outer material

• The skin of the tent is comparable to a truck tarpaulin and is made of extra-strong PVC (approx. 550g/m²) reinforced with a grid-patterned inner layer
• UV-resistant and 100% waterproof
• Seamless roof section
• The 2m-wide side panels can be left off to create the desired number of side entrances
• Tarpaulins at ground level feature built-in draught blockers
• Different-sized entrances at front and back
• Openings secured with robust zip fasteners
• Skin attaches easily to the frame using rubber ties
• Internal partitions available separately
