I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

In this section you can give 2 cases:

1. I want to cancel my order and it has not yet left the facilities of Fabrica and or Warehouse:

In this case sach4events.es will cancel your order without any additional cost to you.

2. I want to cancel my order and it has already left Factory and or Warehouse.

In the case of Imported merchandise (China, USA, CE and other Countries) the management expenses are pending valuation and in this case you will have to bear the costs of management, transport and in addition you would lose all the signal agreed in the order.

-If the order has left the factory and warehouse facilities (National), it will act the same as a withdrawal and in this case you will have to take care of the management costs.

- How do I tell sach4events.es that I want to cancel my order?

- At what time do the orders for the sach4events.es facilities leave?

Sach4events notifies you with an email of the departure of orders once they leave the premises of the manufacturer and the Warehouse.

- What are the management costs?

The management costs are € 15 per package for peninsular Spain or € 25 per package for the Balearic Islands.

- If my order has not left the factory and warehouse facilities and I confirm my order cancellation, how long does it take to return my money?
A maximum of 14 business days.

-If I confirm the cancellation of my order but it has already left the factory and warehouse facilities, how long does it take to return my money?

In a maximum of 20 business days since the return package arrives at our facilities.

- If the payment was made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer your money will be returned by the same method by which you made the purchase.
